Luis Fernando Montes Saucedo es licenciado en Relaciones Internacionales con certificaci\u00f3n en Derecho Internacional por la Universidad Internacional. En el a\u00f1o 2013 se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como asesor en la Subcomisi\u00f3n de Migraci\u00f3n del Estado de Morelos donde colabor\u00f3 en la redacci\u00f3n de la \u201cIniciativa de Ley Morelense de Migraci\u00f3n\u201d. Maestro en Humanidades por la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de Morelos. Actualmente es estudiante del Doctorado en Humanidades en la l\u00ednea de Teor\u00edas filos\u00f3ficas y literarias contempor\u00e1neas en el Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n en Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales de la UAEM, donde realiza estudios e investigaciones sobre el discurso y la ret\u00f3rica y su relaci\u00f3n con las migraciones forzadas y las movilidades. Miembro activo del seminario Figuras del discurso: exclusi\u00f3n, filosof\u00eda, y pol\u00edtica, dirigido por el Dr. Armando Villegas Contreras. En este \u00faltimo ha tenido la oportunidad de colaborar en diversas publicaciones, siendo autor de art\u00edculos y ensayos que tratan temas relacionados con pol\u00edtica y exclusi\u00f3n, olvido y memoria y estudios sobre la imagen.<\/span><\/p>\n
